White House press conferences, organized in Rio de Janeiro,
Brazil for Eco’ 92. She developed grassroots public
relation campaigns for AT&T that were later broadened
to include the entire nation.
The “El Servicio en Español” media roll-out,
shown on your screen (click to learn more) was initiated in
the Imperial and San Diego counties of California. The in-language
service being promoted was eventually provided to consumers
throughout the U.S. who needed to connect with loved ones
in a language other than English. The campaign included mass
advertising in the two counties, media relations and marketing.
The other campaign illustrated on the website refers to
the re-opening of the Watts Towers, a noted Los Angeles landmark,
owned by the State of California and operated by the City
of Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Department. This campaign
was heavily skewed to national media relations as well as
a media event that included a concert officiated by community
leaders including the Mayor of Los Angeles.
